On this episode, the club gathers to discuss the 1993 OVA, Battle Angel. Or more commonly known by the Western manga release as Battle Angel Alita. But, it's originally known as Gunnm in Japan. All of this of course, because we wanted to discuss this before the theatrical release of Alita: Battle Angel, the live action adaptation. Confused yet? Good. We go over just a bit of the manga/anime name differences, other similarities to Dr. Ido, awkward cuts, brain lasers, cyborg feelings, and bad Super Mario skills.
